KAYRON Theyyam
Ritual Red / Black
We took the crimson of the mudi headdress and the soot black of the ritual ground, then embossed the upper with a mask motif that only reads when the light hits it sideways.

Rooted In
Ritual. Built
For Tomorrow.
KAYRON began in a Fort Kochi workshop with a single question: what would a sneaker look like if it came from here, and nowhere else?
Not a motif stamped on an imported shell. A shoe whose colour, lining, thread and tread all trace back to a place — its rituals, its rain, its trade.
We release in small batches, name every pair after the story it carries, and keep the price honest at ₹6,999.

Built For
Every Step
Nine artisans. Fourteen hand operations per pair. Every component chosen for a climate that swings from 36°C dry heat to two solid months of water.

- 01
Handloom Lining
Woven in Kannur on wooden looms, cut and stitched so seams sit off the pressure points.
- 02
22mm EVA Midsole
Compression-moulded for all-day city walking, tuned firmer at the heel than the forefoot.
- 03
Monsoon-Siped Outsole
Natural rubber cut with drainage sipes tested on flooded Fort Kochi streets.
- 04
Vegetable-Tanned Uppers
Tanned without chrome, so the leather darkens with wear instead of cracking.

Worn In, Spoken For
“First Indian sneaker I've owned that doesn't look like it's apologising for being Indian.”
“Wore the Monsoon pair through actual monsoon. Dried overnight. Still shaped like a shoe.”
“The Malabar suede has aged better than anything in my rotation.”
